Monstera Siam Mint Variegata carries an unusually high variegated share: on this specimen one leaf is almost entirely cream-yellow, a second is pale mint with green inclusions. The youngest leaf emerged green.
 
Bright position, avoid direct sun entirely — very pale leaves scorch faster than green ones. Humidity from 55 percent, room temperature is sufficient. Water sparingly: a plant with little chlorophyll uses less water, and waterlogging becomes a problem here faster than on strongly green specimens. Only feed once new growth is visible.
 
Honest about the state: such a high pale share means little functional leaf tissue. The plant grows slowly and needs patience. The green youngest leaf is not a step backwards but the engine — it supplies the energy for everything that follows. The pattern forms fresh with every leaf and may come out paler or greener.
